Everyone looks for weather when it comes to cruising especially for Caribbean cruise. Generally, the weather of Caribbean stays 75- 85 degrees almost every year. As it happens to all places, the weather of Caribbean also goes ups and downs according to time.
Evidently the hurricane season is the main down time of the Caribbean and it comes in the month of July from the beginning and stays till the starting of December. But, the most active hurricane comes in the month of August and stays till September. However, there is hardly any change in the Caribbean weather temperature even during this time. Generally, during this span, lots of cruise companies give discount or reduce the rates of the tickets. So, one should not worry about these hurricanes, because cruises are able to evade these hurricanes before facing them. Even sometimes cruise ships overrun the hurricanes. And when it comes to summer season, the Caribbean is the most humid place for cruising.
By and large, from northern Caribbean islands to the southern Caribbean islands, there is moderate variation in the temperature. Due to their latitude, there is less chance of major hurricanes and tropical storms in the southern islands. The weather of Caribbean is moderated by the ever-coming trade winds.
But, on the other hand, the month of Christmas and New years are the peak times for the cruise lines. usually a number of people love to take a cruise in these seasons. Because of the shortage of seats, people book their tickets in advance as well. No doubt, a number of people take on a cruise in the month of Christmas and New Year, but the months from January to April are also the peak time for cruise lines. A number of cruise lines position their more ships for Caribbean in these peak times.
So, one can enjoy Caribbean cruise with the unpredictable nature and should not worry about the hurricanes, because it all depends upon cruise lines. The plus point of these hurricane month is that cruise lines reduce their rate, by which one can get cheaper tickets in comparison to other months. On the other hand, in the month of spring and winter cruise lines offer more options, a bit higher rates and higher traffic too. Nevertheless, if one tries whole heartedly, there are discount cruises available for them for all the times.
